By accessing, browsing, subscribing to, or purchasing services through https://sreeviaai.com (including all subdomains, companion apps, and kinetic hardware), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms govern your use of the offerings owned and operated by SREEVIA AI TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED ("SreeVia AI", "we", "us", or "our"), incorporated under the Companies Act with registered offices in Hyderabad, Telangana, India:

• Tarang Sand Art Table: Kinetic sand art robotics, automated mechanical gantries, companion mobile applications, and micro-controller firmware.
• Rankify AI: AI-powered competitive examination analytics, adaptive diagnostic assessments, and test preparation platforms.
• Enterprise Engineering: Dedicated software development pods, cloud infrastructure modernizations, and custom AI agent solutions.

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If acting on behalf of an enterprise or entity, you represent and warrant that you possess corporate authority to bind that entity.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and multi-factor authentication methods. You agree to notify SreeVia AI immediately at security@sreevia.ai if you suspect any unauthorized account access.

You agree to use our platforms and robotics exclusively for lawful purposes. You shall not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any hardware gantry mechanism, firmware, or software algorithm behind the Tarang Table or Rankify AI.
• Deploy automated bots, spiders, or scrapers to extract question banks, system data, or proprietary weights.
• Execute prompt injection attacks, bypass guardrails, or compromise inference pipelines.
• Transmit defamatory, obscene, infringing, or legally actionable material under Indian or international cyber laws.

All intellectual property rights associated with SreeVia AI—including trademarks, proprietary algorithms, kinetics designs, and Rankify AI predictive systems—remain the exclusive property of SREEVIA AI TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED.

Enterprise software development and cloud engagements operate under structured milestone schedules:

• Acceptance Window: The client has ten (10) business days following milestone delivery to review against agreed specifications. In the absence of written discrepancies, deliverables are deemed accepted.
• Change Requests: Additions or architectural alterations outside the agreed scope are evaluated via written Change Requests (CRs) adjusting budget and timelines.

Purchasers and operators of the Tarang Sand Art Table agree to the following conditions:

• The table is engineered for indoor, climate-controlled environments. Exposure to moisture or precipitation voids warranties.
• Only manufacturer-approved spherical magnetic spheres and silica sand media may be used. Introducing foreign materials voids mechanical guarantees.
• SreeVia AI provides periodic over-the-air firmware updates for kinetic precision, safety, and Wi-Fi security.

All fees are quoted exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. For clients in India, Goods and Services Tax (GST) is applied in accordance with statutory rates.

Invoices for enterprise engagements are due within fifteen (15) calendar days from receipt. Undisputed overdue amounts accrue interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum permissible legal rate.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SreeVia AI, its directors, engineers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to any service, software product, or hardware table shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to SreeVia AI in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.

SreeVia AI may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you materially breach these Terms, compromise system security, or engage in unlawful conduct. Upon termination, rights granted to you cease immediately, and all proprietary documentation must be discarded.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to this contract shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator seated in Hyderabad, Telangana, in the English language.
